Enhanced capabilities on Rahway Campus deliver reduced lead times, expanded FastLane Inventory, and revitalized FastTrack Grinding Prototyping Program to meet growing customer demands.

Over the past 18 months, Wytech has invested in our manufacturing facilities on our Rahway Campus to achieve reduced lead times to meet your product development and production needs. We are excited to share how the following investments were able to reduce lead times to 2-4 weeks (material dependent):

• Investment in Raw Material: Wytech has now expanded to over 600 part numbers in our FastLane Inventory for shipment within 24 hours. Shop | Wytech
• Reinstated FastTrack Grinding Prototyping Program: Our FastTrack grinding development department, with dedicated technical staff and grinding equipment, can prototype taper, stepped, and profile wire grinding in less than four weeks
• Additional Weekend Shifts: We have implemented additional weekend shifts in our operations to expand production capacity, whether it is a simple straightened wire or a highly precision ground mandrel or wire component.

In 2023, we successfully manufactured over 87 million wires, and we are confident that these recent investments will allow us to continue to respond effectively to your growing needs.
