Wytech Industries Inc., a manufacturer of medical wire and tubing components and assemblies, is pleased to announce the purchase of Micro-Tube Fabricators of Middlesex, New Jersey. Micro-Tube Fabricators specializes in the manufacture of precision-fabricated tubular components for the medical device space as well as other industrial markets. The combined entities including recently acquired Morton Bowen, Colorado, will provide a broad spectrum of engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and value-added services to medical device OEMs who prefer total outsourcing solutions.
With the addition of the Micro-Tube Fabricators manufacturing platform, technologies provided by Wytech now include wire straightening/cutting, precision grinding, wire/tube forming, laser machining, EDM, Swiss CNC machining, coatings/coating removal, heat treating, secondary operations, and more for both wire and tubing components and assemblies.
Micro-Tube Fabricators will continue to operate and employ 65 people out of its 24,000 square foot facility in Middlesex, New Jersey.
