Wytech has relaunched wytech.com with a significantly improved FastLane webstore experience – built to make custom wire ordering faster and more straightforward for engineering and procurement teams from specification through checkout.
The refreshed Product Configurator puts customer specific order specifications directly in the customer’s hands. Select the cut length and end treatment (debur or end round), and whether one or both ends, and the site calculates the full price breakdown before anything goes to the cart. Customers can enter the number of finished pieces they need, and the configurator automatically determines the required stock quantity.
The most competitive shipping carrier rates are returned automatically at checkout for every order type – including freight for parts 108″ or longer. Customers with preferred carrier accounts can apply them at checkout or ship on Wytech’s account; shipping costs are billed at the time of purchase.
The update also introduces Share Your Cart, a feature that lets customers send a fully configured order to their purchasing team via a single link, with all product specifications pre-loaded on the recipient’s end. Additional improvements include enhanced product search by material, diameter, or SKU; expanded payment options, including additional PayPal methods; and a faster checkout flow.
